Question:
I was pulling my power plug from my monitor out of my power strip..and all the sudden my arm vibrated. felt nothing else but it vibrating.. tried pulling the plug out again and same thing happened...finally i did it with two hands and pulled it out ok.
it felt kinda weird still does..but it vibrated is this what it feels like being electrocuted on a obviously small voltage?

you just got shocked -- it's happened to me at least twice -- it kind of feels like your muscles freeze or vibrate -- and after you might be a little sore --
Yes-btw you got shocked is the correct term. If you had been electrocuted you'd be dead. (I'm assuming you are still alive)
