Im really tired, but my body stays awake untill 6 am. is there any solution?

Question:
Im wide awake at 2 am, 3 am, 4am and 5am but fall asleep around 6. even when im Super tired, i dont go to sleep. I dont have any Mental problems or anything. So whats the Solution?

Answers:
I too have this habit. I usually fall asleep from pure exhaustion, and wake up the next morning still feeling it. I don't "wake up" until the sun goes down, then I come alive. I'm a married woman, I don't party. I worked for 20+ years at a job where I worked days and most nights so I guess it's force of habit for me but I'd love to break it now that I'm not working.
There are three new medications on the market and they're not habit-forming!! Ambien, Lunesta, and Rozerem. Get to your doctor ASAP!! In the meantime, drink some warm milk or chamomile tea. Good luck to you. :)
u might have ansomnia i do i take a sleeping pill called relax and sleep it works ok but if u have any more questions my e mail is alexischeyennep@yahoo.com
Get a STATIONARY bike and do mild exercise until you are physically tired. Get the mind and body in synch...
Have your glucose checked by a doctor. You could have high blood sugar. Maybe anxiety or both... I had this same problem for years and it turned out to be high blood sugar. If it's not to high diet and excersize can help otherwise you might need a glucose lowering medication.
