I have a TERRIBLE sore throat..what should i do, i have vacation on thursday and i dont want to be miserable?

well that is tomorrow, try this go to the store and buy Advil cold and sinus if the sore throat goes away then it is just sinus draining and irritating your throat if you have white patches on the back of your throat then you need to see the doctor for a rapid strep test it comes back in minutes and you can get antibiotics, hope this helps try to have fun on your vacation. also try gargling with warm salt water this may help.
a juice of one lemon mixed with honey, no water added, have this drink as much as u can, and it will make u feel btr, vitamin c and antibiotic in the honey will help. and try to gargle with warm water and some salt three times daily. hope u get well soon.
