Does getting up early for work really helps us being healthy?


Question:
we sometimes go to bed later than it used to be. and sometimes can't avoid not sleeping at all. If I go to sleep at midnight and rise 6 in the morning I'm sure I could hardly feel the effect of staying late. however, I sometime hit the bed earlier than 7 pm and wake up inthe morning like been hit buy a bus for no reason. was these normal?

Early to bed and early to rise keeps you Healthy, Wealthy and Wise!
Too much sleep can actually make you feel tired as well.I would try to get a body clock system going if i were you.It helps a great deal.
