PLEASE help me!?

Question:
I woke up this morning and I felt really dizzy, so I ate something, but that didn't help. Now, I sort of have nausea and I'm still dizzy. I'm not taking any medication, so I don't know why this is happening. What should I do?!

Answers:
If this has been happening daily then I would go with the other answers. If this just started today, monitor how you are over the next couple of days. If no improvement, go see a doctor.
pregnant....
pregnant?
Low blood pressure? Pregnant?

See your doctor.
pregnant.but if you are dieting you,r blood sugars levels may be low take some protein
Is there any possibility that you're pregnant? If not try not to strain yourself to much. Keep cool and hydrated, so drink a lot and if you get any worse or if the symptoms persist go and see your doctor.
When you move your head from side to side does the dizziness get worse? If so, you have fluid in your inner ear. Taking an anti histamine can help, it will dry up the fluid. I had the same problem about six months ago. Try to lay very still, it takes a day or two to go away!
I hope this helps!
go to the emergency room please!
tell me how it goes plz!
youll keep me up all night worrying..(im like that..)
