Why am I always hot?

Question:
I am a 28yr old female. When I go to bed at night, I'm always comfortable or cool but when I wake up early in the morning ( @3am or later) I am always roasting! My husband says its never hot in our room and I'm not actually breaking a sweat, but my body feels very hot EVERY MORNING until I get up and move around. I think that it's causing me to be exhausted during the day because I never sleep well at night. I am slightly overweight...could this be the cause? Anyone with advice, please help!?!

Answers:
Maybe you are really hot! Seriously, I'm really hot natured. I have found a cool shower before bed, light covers, and a cieling fan help keep me comfortable.
It sounds like you are having some kind of hot flush or something i recommend seeing a doctor i know how a lack of sleep can affect you.
I hope you feel better soon
ur prblm is sweting some people has a pblm of always sweting pls consult a skin speacialist
I hate when that happens. Talk to your health care provider. You could be in perimenopause or diabetes or a number of things. I know certain herbs have helped me sleep more comfortably.
When was the last time you had your thyroid checked out? This could be the culprit here. I started having hot flashes and night sweats right before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Now that I'm on medication it doesn't happen as often. You are much too young for perimenopause, so that can't be it. Have your doctor check it out...one blood draw will tell you. It could also be the reason why you have the extra pounds...thyroid slows down the metabolism.
That could be night fever. Ask your doc to check you, and indeed your entire family for fever and or HIV.
I thought you were also hot in bed!! Anyways exclude Thyrotoxicosis. Get T3 T4 TSH tests done.
Because your a sexy Biatch !!
