All my shoes hurt my feet, even flats, help?

Are your feet still growing? Are your shoes the the correct size?
If you answer 'yes' to both of these then you need new shoes.
I'm aware that shoes cost money, but, in the long run, your feet, your toes, your ankles and legs will thank you for wearing the correct size shoe.
Next question is, are you allergic to the material that the shoe is made of? Maybe, if you are wearing plastic, you could be allergic, so wear leather or leatherette and the reverse applies.
Finally, are your toes deformed in any way? Do you have bunions? Do you have very high arches or very low arches? If so, see a foot doctor/podiatrist.
Do you wash, dry and take the extra skin off your heels and toes? Do you rub cream into your feet when you have the time, for instance, after showering, because the skin is nice and soft then and will absorb cream.

You need to see a doc and find out what is wrong with your feet. Once the doc checks your feet out he will recommend a shoe store that sells shoes that you need for your problem. Why do people think they can buy shoes at any old place and they will be fine. You should alsways buy shoes at a regular shoe store and get fitted each time you buy shoes

Two options...and only you can know which is correct, because they are your feet! If you think you have a medical issue here.possibly you have weak arches..or even flat feet? You may want to first go to a good quality shoe store and be professionally fitted with a shoe. Make sure it is a style that you are likely to wear often, as it will cost more. If the shoe fits..then you may want to consider a budget for expensive shoes in the future.
