WHat are signs of insomnia?
Question:
It usually takes me at least an hour to fall asleep at night, no matter what time i get to sleep. I am now waking up at six in the morning, and trying to make my bed time sooner, so that I can get back into the school schedule. (bed at 10, wake at 6) but i am still up a couple hours past 10, (still waking at six). I know that is really unhealthy, as i am 14, and getting a little under 6 hours of sleep most nights.
That's why i'm asking what to do.
Also, I usually relax the last hour or so before bed. (nice temp shower, sitting in dim lights, stuff like that.)
What should I do?
