I think I might be retaining water in my legs. I'm wondering if there's any home remedies?

Question:
My legs are really huge and someone told me that I might be retaining water. I don't have any health insurance. Is there any way that I can use any home remedies that will help resolve this?

Answers:
Drink grapefruit juice as it is a natural diuretic (water reducer).
Watch your salt intake. Get out and walk more. Hopefully these ideas will help.
Your best bet is to decrease your salt intake and drink lots and lots of water.
If you drink lots of teas and cranberry juice it will make you use the restroom more which will in turn reduce the amount of water you are holding. Or your family physician can prescribe a diuretic.
of course, parsley is a natural diuretic..if you have oedema in your legs you can eat some fresh parsley once a day.it might help.
