Answers:
Get some Oragel or numbzit and rub on it. If you can find Clove oil at this time, it will numb a tooth. Also take some aspirin and use ice
An anti-inflamitory would help until you get to your dentist
Go to the trauma center at your hospital. They can give you heavy meds that will ease the pain. You can try tylenol, advil, excedrin, but if it is real bad those will not even touch the pain,
advil is the best over the counter med for toothache...also gargle with warm salt water...if it is absessed and you have an absess pocket you will have to get a needle and pop it...i know it sounds bad but that is the only way to get relief from and absess tooth...but do not swallow ...
I've taken 2 or 3 Advils and rubbed Anbesol on my tooth before and it helped, in the meantime, make a dental appointment.
The most important thing to do is to get to the dentist. Until then, if you can't get pain medication, put some vanilla extract (the brown cooking flavoring, that comes in a bottle) in your mouth in the area where your tooth is for a few minutes, then spit it out. Vanilla extract will numb the area around the tooth.
clove oil or oral gel ...cocaine is an excellent local anesthetic
A home remedy is taking a dry teabag and placing it over the tooth and leaving it there. Some swear by it. Or try ambesol. And get to a dentist.
