They sell Tylenol 1 in Canada, but don't buy it and bring it back or else Customs will seize it. Tylenol 1 has codeine in it, and I'm 99% sure you have to have a prescription for it in the U.S. since codeine is a Schedule II controlled substance.

You just need to go and ask for them.

They are similiar to tylenol 3's, just not as strong
