Sleeping problems..what is a good medicine?


Question:
I used to NEVER have trouble sleeping, but lately I haven't been able to get to sleep and then I 'm so tired the next day. I think it may have something to do with the fact that we're living with my in-laws right now and I just can't get comfortable. Does anyone know of a good non-addictive sleeping aid? It can't by anything like Nyquil, Benadryl, Tylenol PM, etc. because those meds have the reverse effect on me so I'm restless.

hmmm drink warm milk read a long book u will sleep make sure after u read close the lights and let the room cold u will sleep like a baby..
If you can't use OTC products then you may have to resort to going to the doctor for help.
Prozak..noo umm..If u have a family doctor then u should go for a check up and ask him because he is a pro. Hell probably give u a prescription.
Don't rely on any pills to sleep. Don't lay down in your bed until you are exhausted. If you can't sleep go to the living room and watch TV until you barely have enough energy to get up and go back to bed.
Yes, it is because of living with your inlaws. Tell the doctor about it, but I have found that actual sleeping pills didn't work well. Try giving yourself a down time before bed so you can unwind. Sometimes a shower is enough to calm me down, sometimes music. Meditation works well for some, it doesn't for me. Try having supper earlier so you can find time for yourself before bed. Good Luck.
i also having the same problem,drink milk or listen to a natural music or slow music,keep your mind clear,don't thinking anything ,breathing slowly and slowly...
