when this happens to me I meditate. and NO im not some cooky swamee with incense and sitting criss-cross or anything. I learned some successful breathing methods and visual techniques and when i wake I feel refreshed. Definitly should try it!
I am the same way! Here are a few things I do: I try and exercise about 5 hours before when I want to go to bed. I also read before bed. I also try to occupy my mind with fantasies or something outside of my life. I know it sounds crass, but masturbating helps a lot--you fall asleep instantly!
You know what ,I was just like that. Try some Tylenol pm or unisom at night. It will help u sleep not addictive or anything.
Yeah. I have that problem, too! I started playing with my dog in the backyard and that wore me out so I went to bed earlier! Here is a list of things you could do to wear yourself out:
play with your dog (if you have 1)
clean (not fun but it works)
get involved in a sport (soccer, cheerleading, gymnastics)
run or jog around your yard, neighborhood, house
That's pretty much all the things I do.
