Answers:
Muscle spasm. Try to relax, take a Motrin or two, don't do any lifting or bending, apply heat if you can.
well first of all soda isnt always the best choice of drink. Perhaps drinking more water or crystal light. Maybe even cranberry juice to flush your system. It could be a infection. If that is your concern I would talk to your doctor. Otherwise it could be problems iwth your sciatic nerve. Eitherway if problems persist consult your physician.
it could be your kidney...too much caffeine can cause stones
Drink lots of water, maybe you should see a doctor, it could be a kidney infection, drinking water will help flush your kidney's. Take an Ibuprophen for the pain, just one though, it will be enough to take the edge off until you see a doctor.
If you are having increased frequency in urination, pain with urination, dark colored urine you most likely have a urinary tract infection. If the pain comes and goes in spells and you see a little blood in your urine it could be a kidney stone. Although, you don't always see the blood it could still be there and be detectable by a urinalysis which indicates a kidney stone. If you start to run a temp greater than 100.5 then you need to see a dr for antibiotics. Drink plenty of water. stay away from caffiene at all cost. Caffiene is a diuretic and will cause you to end up with concentrated urine and exacerbate the problem.
Your pain could be from a number of different causes like kidney stones, urinary tract infection, etc. I suggest that you have a doctor do an exam and run blood and urine lab tests. If the doctor can't find any problems.and you still have the pain you might have trigger points. Trigger points are contraction knots in the muscles. They feel like small hard peas under the skin. According to the author of The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook these trigger points are a cause of many pains and aches. Unfortunately, many doctors do not know about trigger points and trigger point therapy so you'll have to do research by yourself. You can find out more by going to:
TriggerPointBook.com. The trigger point book can be bought in most bookstores or online from Amazon.com. The book teaches you how to self-treat yourself for trigger points.
There may be therapists in your area who are trained in this technique. The TriggerPointBook.com web site has links to several web sites you can use to search for therapists.
