I Was in a public restroom,where they had bathroom doors that opened up like doors would in a saloon(Western Movies)...Anyways,This one lady Went out and I put my hand out to hold it cause I was comming out right behind her,and she let go of it really quick and It hit my hand really hard,and I think I may have sprained my hand.When I ball my hand up into a fist,It hurts really bad..What could this be??If Its Sprained,What can I do to make the pain go away??(Ex.Pain Meds.)
Answers:
Just rest your hand onsomething soft with ice. If there is swelling in the wrist you probably did sprain it. If you can move your fingers you didn't break anything. Get a doctor to look at it.
