Sprained Ankle - Hairline fracture?


Question:
I fell over and twisted my ankle last monday.

Ankle is still swollen around the bone on the side and it's very tender to touch.

Can walk on it no problems in flat shoes but it's uncomfortable in heels?

Could it be a possible break?

Answers:
its a sprain. avoid heels, keep iced, elevated and wrapped when possible. will take a few weeks to heel completely.
nope, happened to be just a while ago

just dont wear high heels
