so my girl sometimes has the same thing
i'm a dude.. by the way..
so yea... the area around the "insides" is the most common "problem" that occurs due to this situation. therefore some lube applied makes things better. when that doesn't work. check your "discharges"...
"discharges" could be mis-understood as anything from "pre-*** to "girl-***" to " 'natural' lube"...most of the time its chunkier than normal... it's thicker than normal... its slimier than normal... its more deeper white than normall. anything along those lines... could descripe "discharge" (and more)...
vaginal discharge is a symptom of yeast infection... vaginitis... pregancy.. and some other things.
but yea.. sorry.. you didn' tsay anything about discharge...
PAIN.
the reason why all this "discharge" talk is relevant...is..my girl had vaginal yeast infection... which is not un-commone... and with this infection... there is pain.. so ya.. many things can cause pain..
but as to menstual pain. thats not cramps.. (which leads me to the talk about yeast and vaginitis pain...). i guess pamprin can help (thats what my girl uses... and also midol... but of course you know that
if anything becomes unbearable... a gyno is most often the best choice as the one to help you.
(a gyno) can also tell you things like (don't have sex) and (dump your bf.. as he's not the one for you...)... (as both my girl had reported her gyno telling her...) but YOU HAVE THE DECISION to follow her "guide". NOT EVEN YOUR MOTHER will "know" what your gyno told you... so follow your heart.
take pamrin..after trying midol... if neither helps.. try taking ibuprofen (800 mg works... its prescription strength and does not hurt you...even if you use the 'otc strenght(even if you have to take like...4...). if that does not work... talk to your gyno....if you have to go as far as the 800 mg ibuprofen..(motrin)... talk to your gyno anyhow... there'f probably a safer way to treat this condition...as ibuprofen can "f" up your liver.

Go to the hospital/doctor NOW! Could be a ovary cyst that has ruptured.
IB profen at least 4 and a heating pad. That helps me, Tylenol don't do anything for me and midol nada. If your in extreme pain sweets you need to see a doctor. You may need something stronger than that or something may not be right. Good luck.
The menstrual cycle is such a delicate time. Many women experience very difficult periods. It is important to speak to your doctor about how you are feeling. There are many new medications available to help with the pain associated with your period but a doctor needs to help you in determining the cause and best course of management.
put heat on it and a little preassure
You need to discuss this with your GYN. There are many causes for pelvic pain, some are quite normal (although annoying) and others are quite concerning. The only way to determine the difference is by having your doctor examine you fully.
have you been to your dr. it could be endremetreosis. i had that .and my pelvic area would hurt .my advice is to go get a check up that doesnt sound normal could be an infection. but i dont think so if it only happens with your period.please let me know what you find out.
Could be an ovarian cyst that ruptured. Or endometriosis. Or your uterus is contracted and won't un contract. If the pain is unbearable or moves to your right side (appendix) go to the ER.
