Sunburn help?

Get in the bath or shower and apply vinegar. Sounds yuckly, but it is soothing and doesn't leave an odor like you would expect. Also drinks tons of water. You have to hydrate your skin from the inside too!
basically just aloe and let your skin breathe. Don't take cold showers because it'll close your pours and trap the heat into your skin, and do not use regular lotion because it will clog your pours and keep the heat in. basically you just have to wait it out.
Ibuprofen helps tremendously. Take as directed as long as your are not allergic.
There's a really good spray called Solarcaine (it contains aloe) ...It's available pretty much everywhere... It works so well!... It feels really cool on the burn and it's a spray on so you don't even have to rub your skin!
