How to continue my heartthrobness?

Since 1st year highschool im already a heartthrob in my classroom and other sections as well, and a few of 2nd year.
But since im a new student and iam ill-tempered at that time and still they continue getting to know me. So now iam 2nd year i realized that i must acknowledge them. nowadays i think they are afraid to talk to me, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
