Will I look desperate? Like I am looking for drugs? Help! Advice needed!?

All of this seems a bit strange. You said in your previous questions that you had gone through 60 Tylenol 3's in a month. WOW! While pregnant. I would say that you are seeking out drugs. If you only experience migraines once or less a month, why would you need to take 60? If you are looking for permission to ask your doctor for more drugs- you certainly don't need to be asking a bunch of strangers, since my gut tells me you are going to ask for the drugs regardless.
Dont worry what the doctor thinks, he is their to right perscriptions.
Be up front and honest with your doctor. Tell him you will allow him to see your previous medical records, so he can see you arent lying to him.
The problem with getting Tylenol 3 and Lortabs, is that a lot of pharmacies will not, nor cannot fill it for more than one month at a time.
Tell your doctor you're loosing your insurance. He can give you samples until you're financially back on your feet
Strange. Many medications are available to treat migraine. Narcotics are not the typical course of treatment. It is possible that you will come across as drug-seeking.
Generally, migraine medication falls into 2 categories: medicines that treat migraine pain at the onset of an attack and medicines that help prevent migraine headaches from occurring in the first place.
Triptans: The most frequently prescribed migraine pain relief medication for acute migraine treatments is a class of medications known as triptans. This type of migraine medication works by constricting the blood vessels in the brain, bringing them back to normal, and relieving the throbbing pain. It's also effective in the treatment of migraine symptoms, such as nausea and light sensitivity. To produce better and longer-lasting migraine relief, "acute medications" such as triptans should be taken as soon as the pain begins.
Over-the-counter medications are effective migraine treatments for some people with migraines. The most commonly used over-the-counter pain-relieving medications are ibuprofen (Motrin), aspirin, acetaminophen (Tylenol), and caffeine. It’s important that you use caution when seeking migraine relief with over-the-counter migraine medication because sometimes it can actually contribute to a headache, and, its overuse can cause rebound headaches. If you’re taking any over-the-counter pain medications more than three times a week, it’s time to see your doctor. He or she may suggest prescription migraine medication that may be more effective.
Alternative remedies, such as cold compresses, or lying down in a dark room, often help alleviate migraine symptoms. Biofeedback helps people learn to recognize stressful situations that may be migraine triggers. If migraine headaches begin slowly, you may be able to use biofeedback to stop the attack before it becomes full blown.

Honestly, you seem like you are a drug seeker. I'm a recovering pain pill addict and you remind me of me when I was using. I could be wrong, but normally people don't worry about pain that hasn't happened, and your baby back pain shouldn't require long term pain management, unless something is wrong with you.
Why are you going to a new doctor? Where is your previous doctor? T3 and Lortabs are both narcotics and are prescribed for headaches, backaches and other mild to moderate pain. I can't see why you would need both, and I doubt you will get both. Asking for both might make the doctor suspicious.
If you have a relationship with your doctor, they can call these meds in over the phone, both are very cheap.
There are dozens of non-narcotic options for headaches, especially migraines. Try them, they might work.
People who aren't enjoying their medications don't worry about seeming like a drug seeker. Most of them don't even know what a drug seeker is. If you are not an addict, this question makes me think you are headed down that path. You should explore non-narcotic options and only resort to the lortabs for extreme and unbearable pain. You do NOT want the hell of pain pill addiction, especially with a new baby. Google pain pill withdrawal symptoms. And if this post is making you mad, ask yourself why. If I am wrong, I apologize, but I know the signs and you are showing them.
