I do, always have.
I had this branch from this bush I fell on jammed a few inches into my leg. I didn't even notice for 10 minutes until someone said your leg is covered in blood and theres a piece of wood sticking out of it. I looked down, pulled it out, washed off the blood, and put a bandage on it.

i do! sometimes i dont realise im bleeding until its stopped. someone stabbed my hand with a pen so deep it scarred, and i didn't flinch.
