Answers: If you drink hot coffee in the morning after a dutiful night's sleep, do you get tired? unsurprisingly not. it's not the cocoa or the shower--you happen to be TIRED already when you do these things--in your mind, you are certainly doing them BECAUSE you are tired, and then justifying that they be paid you tired.
