Answers:
hmm.. epstein barr virus, spleenomegaly and back pain.
MRI scan would be a great help to rule out slipped disc and lympadenopahty. Check your blood profile again. If everything ok then, it could be just muscle strain or ligament sprain.
good luck.
it doesn't sound like anything bad=maybe a bit too much exercises =good thing you are seeing the Dr =try to be cool =it won't be all that bad====a lot of us think something is worse then it really is
Sounds like either simple muscle strain or a blown out disk. Try alternating ice and heat for a few days and if it is a strain that should help some. But keep the appointment cause you need it checked.
Does the pain ever radiate down your leg? If it does, it could be a pinched sciatic nerve. I pinched mine my senior year in volleyball. It is painful, but it can be worked out. I would get it checked out if you are wigged out about it. You are young, in shape, you should be OK. Good Luck, and I hope you feel better soon!
I have lower back pain too, and my personal trainer told me to just strech. Lay down and pull your legs into your chest and just hug them. Then make your right leg straight and pull your left leg across your body by your right leg. Make sure your shoulders are touching the floor, and then just switch and do the other leg. I hope this helped!
I have a herniated disc in my lower back comming up on 4 years. I don't recommend lifting any weights. That might be causing the problem. DON'T LIFT ANYTHING. GOOD LUCK..
