Can't Sleep at all?


Question:
I can't sleep at all tonight and have a busy day tomorrow. I cant sleep because of my recent sleeping pattern (I woke up at 5:00 pm). But now its 6 in the morning and i just need need some tips to get through the day and get back on track w/ sleeping.

For the first time in my life, I have not fallen asleep either. It's 6:00 (like you said) and I have to work from noon until 8:00 PM tonight. I don't know what to do! Let me know if you get any good ideas.

for me i listen to music so do something relexing when your in bed
laydown without pellow and relax your the hole body ,keep your mind at nose ( win through out). Tommow will be welcome.to.
