I hear this banging noise inside my head?

Question:

for about half an hour I've been hearing a noise like somebody hammering inside my left ear canal. The only medicine I've taken recently was 2 tablets of Tylenol 8-hour, but that was hours ago before this even started.

Does anyone know what could be causing this noise?

Something like that happened to me twice. Once poisoned
accidently by fumes the ear hammering I afterward learned was my hearing own blood being pumped by the heart. In
another cave years later at a constriction that would drive the
claustrophobic stark raving mad I again heard heart beats
during final skin tearing escape from a vadose stone vault;
extreem stress will do that sometimes. If not in a cave go see a medical professional, hon.

You might have a servear ear infection or somthing due to sinus go get it checked dont wait around.

I have no clue what it could be but you should REALLy go to the doctor, thats not something to leave untreated
