i think i have add or adhd i am spastic and then scaterbrained all the time and i have memory problems. my brian runs like 50 times faster than my body can move. is that add or adhd or what is it?

No that sounds more like ADD tendencies which is what my daughter has. See your doc though and ask for a referral to a center that tests for ADD/ADHD and get tested.
i think probably ADHD. because it seems to be that you are hyperactive and you are having the symptoms of it.
sounds like you need medication. talk to your doctor.
