Why do I twitch when I'm aroused?

Question:
It's sooo weird! If I'm fantasizing or even the least bit aroused, I'll start twitching and my breathing becomes faster. I get this sort of tingly feeling shooting throughout my body, and my fingers, legs, and back start twitching. Usually my inner erm... walls, well, it feels like they are actually pulsating. Not to mention, I can't stop little noises from issuing forth from my mouth even when I try to stop them. I'm not going to lie, I think about sex all the time, and I was just wondering if these reactions are normal. It's kind of awkward when my face is flushed, and all of this is happening, and my mom looks at me weird. It's embarrassing actually! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, my eyes will water too. Is this all normal?

Answers:
It's just part of being a teenager. It's absolutely normal. At this stage in your life, hormones are going crazy and things are changing. Everything you're feeling is normal and healthy. As you get older, the hormones calm down and things begin to relax. It may be also, that you are a more sexually charged person than others. Everyone is different, so don't worry so much about what is "normal" as this begins to become subjective. Focus more on healthy vs unhealthy, and everything you feel is absolutely healthy. Also, don't worry too much about your mom's reaction. I will be the first to tell you that asian parents are crazy! My mom is Chinese, and there are things that are just culturally different, so be prepared for your mom to not be supportive in certain ways. It's not that she doesn't care about you, it is just that certain things are "taboo" in their culture that isn't in ours.
That's what arrousal is...
And you're horny!
Sounds like you need a cold shower!
When you turn 18 marry me! no seriously, During arousal, blood vessels dialate, your heart rate increases, breathing increases. These are all ways your body gets ready for sex. As far as little noises coming from your mouth, I dont have a clue other than youre really thinking about it!
you might have to see your doctor
