Does anyone have coronary ectasia? I know what it is but want to know what treatments people are receiving.?
Question:
Answers:
There is no known treatment, however it is necessary to treat high blood pressure and cholesterol aggressively. If the coronaries become too ectactic, the doctor may sometimes start a blood thinner called coumadin to prevent clots, although there are no guidelines for when to do this.
