Not likely, Measles spots are not big and you get them on your chest and behind the ears first. Could be chicken pox though and perhaps you should see your doctor straight away.

If they're itchy, and you've not had chicken pox before, it'll be chicken pox. I didn't get it until I was 18, and it was really bad: antibiotics for 2 weeks, couldn't get out of bed for at least a week.
