It is called free floating anxiety. A lot of people have them. If it happens after several hours of not eating, your sugar might be dropping which is sign or early stages of type 2 Diabetes.
Theyroid disease and adrenal tumours are unsual and rare cause respectively for your symptoms -and when I say rare - it is rarer than straight talk from Bill Clinton!..

Yes, always.I get overly worried for no apparent reason. SOmetimes because I just get worried. But can consult a counsellor.

Random moments of the day I just get really anxious.For no apperent reason either.

Look it up and see if any of those symptons or feelings pertain to you.
If you feel you have it, go see a doctor, then talk to a therapist about it. They can usually figure out whats best for you.
