Am i infected ? Plz help me?

Question: I had protected sex wit a elderly women around 7 to 8 week , i dont know that whether she is infected but i used my hands to lubricat my Pen*s and used the same hand to wash my pen*s after removing the condem.
Is there any chance i can get infected, cuz i have a node like thing below my ear andboth my legs are aching. I cant get tested here cuz if iam positive it would be reported to the govermnet , is there any test that ican do by myself to know it

Ewwwww. Um why in the world would you get reported to the government r u military and if you are then you know eventually they will test you duh. Or are you some sort of sex offender??
