Can High Cholesterol cause fatique?

Question:
My Triglycerides are really high. My good Cholestrol is ok, and the bad Cholestrol is only slightly elevated.

Answers:
high cholesterol blocks arteries and causes slow and labored blood flow, thus it will make the heart work harder, and wear you out faster than if you were healthy. so yes, it can cause fatigue.

Other Answers:
Of course these symptoms make me believe that you may have some coronary deficiency. Maybe a blockage in your heart. You should see a cardiologist soon. Depending on your age and health status maybe very quickly.
What are your iron levels like? When they are low, then you will be tired.
Cholesterol, for the most part, no.
Being tired may be due to poor diet, eat more fruits and vegetables.
Drink water-8 to 10 glass a day and try a good vitamin supplement that is high in vitamin B's 6 & 12.
But start with having your iron levels check.
