you can try vitamin e cream, or take an actual vitamin e capsule, poke it with a needle and place the actual oily substance on a scar.try this once on an out of the way spot to make sure you don't have a reaction to it..I've seen vitamin e oil really make a difference in scars..actually, rubbing any kind of lotion into a scar will eventually help to decrease the appearance.this was told to me by an ENT Plastics surgeon who sewed my nose up after a dog bite..you can barely see the scar at all.

I believe taking supplemental vitamin E helps with all scar tissue .tn beleave it or not but q cumber juce works good for that

i think if you put aloe all over your face overnight would work.

Massage called cross fiber friction has been known to reduce scars, I don't know how it could in the face with little muscle tissue though. The tissue in the face has healed the wrong way and you need to undo it, I don't know it could happen.
