Or any other diseases for that matter? I think the government is just covering it up because there is too much money to be made in prolonging the treatments. I feel like it's a lost cause sometimes because the government has their hands in everything. And even if they did discover a cure, the FDA has to approve it!

This is a good question. There are cures for almost every sickness out there, but the BIG drug companies make all of their money with the TREATMENT of the sicknesses and not for the CURES. Everything is all about making money. I read some place that the cure for AIDS came from orange peels.

I think its definately possible. I had a dream that i found a whole bunch of cures on an army base once...

i heard that there are cures but for some reason the government doesn't wanna release them. i don't know if there is any truth to that though.

No, there are only treatments for cancer and aids. they are very complex diseases, but maybe in the next few decades we will be closer to a cure.

who knows for sure but isn't cancer and aids ect a great population control...and don't forget war it really cuts back on the population overflow

There are cures, they just haven't been found yet. I work in a cancer lab sponsered by the government. Only the highest qualified people are allowed to run the lab. Money might be made in prolonging treatments but the doctors have no time to even spend that money so what's the point? Plus, do you know how painful it is watching people die? No amount of money will ever make up for that.

I wish that they can develop something that is accessible and affordable. I have seen several people whom I have loved very much die agonizing deaths. If there is a cure out there and has not been publicized how do you explain that to all the loved ones left behind?

I totally agree with that.. I believe that there are cures & yes there is an amount of money that eases the pain of millions of people dying.. Especially when you don't know them. Its the government that makes the money not the doctors. If they gave us the cure for all the things that kill people then our earth would be way more populated its a sick way of life but hey its the "American way" right?
