I have like 10 little red bumps on my shoulder and its itchy. Its not pimples.

Answers:
This is not a diagnosis. It is possible that it's an allergic reaction such as contact dermatitis. Try some OTC Caladryl or 1% hydrocortisone cream and follow the directions on the package. Either one of these should help with the itching and should resolve the papules. If the conditon spreads or worsens, see your health care provider.

could be anything, poison ivy, heat rash...put some cortisone on it and maybe it will go away. please dont keep scratching, it might spread
