What could these red bumps be? They look like just a normal rash.?

Question: My girlfriend has little red bumbs all over her midsection. It looks like a normal rash. I have had a battle with molluscum but I know its not that because there are no white centers on any of her bumps. She said they don't itch. Would it be safe or worth her taking on of my Claritin pills? Any thoughts?

I had that once on my abdomen,and I thought it could be hives.Took some benydryl,antihisimine.
