Is it a cold or sinus infection?

Question:
My symptoms are post nasal drip which is causing me to have a sore mouth(roof of my mouth), sneezing, headaches, slight body aches, no fever, when I blow my nose mucus is green and so is the mucus I have to spitout sometimes(sorry it's pretty gross), my eyes burn when closed. What can I take to feel better?

Answers:
sounds like a cold with a sinus infection. Take any cold and sinus over the counter meds. We use dimatap, tylenol cold and flu - etc.
hope you are feeling better soon.

ps - if it persists past 10 days or the mucus gets thick and really stinky, you really should see your doctor as it's likely the infection is more vigorous.

get lots of rest and drink lots. Take regular tylenol for the aches and pain
def sinus.. i am a doctor
