Turn your computer off manually Y_A has that effect on alot of people----just calm down and put the curser on the big red Y click there---when your homepage shows up --sit back--take a deep breath and avoid the temptation to punch y-a again --if you can last another 30 mins or so you may be able to stay away for the few hours it takes to rest up for your next run

I'm having the same problem -- I'll log in to see if I've been picked as best answer, and then I can't tear myself away -- one question leads to another and before I know it, it's past my bedtime!

Go to the top of the page to "Sign In" and click on that, then click
"Sign Out". A window will appear on the screen and ask if you
are sure. Click yes.
Go to the bottom left and click on Start, click Log off, then click
Log off on the window that pops up.
Good luck!! well. if you are in something like yahoo questions
just clear the cookies and cache out
it will log ya out
or. the little switch on the surge protcetor "accidentally" kick it off
