gm means, gram, however, depending on the inhaler (taking a guess that is albuterol) there should be 200 metered doses in it. the best way to find out is to check the package. Each individual package has the doses listed. if it doesn't contact your pharmacy and they can tell you precisely how many doses it has.
I believe that gm means gram, i have never actually counted, im sorry.
