when I was in college in the late 80's my ENT talked me into allergy shots after my second sinus surgery. I noticed nothing for two years and gave up. On my 30th birthday I ran into my old ENT, he asked how my allergies have been, I thought about it and realized I had absolutely no allergies, none at all, this was in springtime Louisiana,everybody was hacking away. He explained the key is to test for all of your allergies, and progressively introduce them to your body. kind of like vaccines use dead forms of viruses antibodies are built up or should i say tolerance. but whatever i never have to use antihistamines.
