i dramaticaly smaller to me it looks like one is way bigger than the other no every gurls boobs r a lil diff in size but r thy suposed to be very diff in size

let me guess you are in your early teens. stop worrying, your breasts will develop at there own rate. which will in time even out.

i dont know your age, but i have one bigger than the other because my child liked one side more than the other when breastfeeding. Dont worry, you can always stuff oneside (or use the new silicone ones that fit in your bra) beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

They're not supposed to be but they are often not exactly the same size. If it concerns you, you can go to the doctor. I noticed you put it in the cancer category. If they have always been different sizes, its porbably not anything like that. But if they just one day became different, you should be concerned.
