I had my teeth pulled and rinsed with hydrogen peroxide that burned now i have a blister and tingling?

Question:
is it a cold sore or could it be related to the dental work. i dont think i have had a cold sore, but i vaguely remeber something. i feel this patch on my lip thats kinda dry and tingily. and then there was a small clear blister inside my mouth that popped and went away. this all came after my mouth rinse. i wouldnt even think about my lip tingiling and such if it wasnt for that blister. it freaked me out. if i do have a cold sore, when will i know for sure? like how long till the sure signs show up?

Answers:
cold sore, for about 5 to 12 days

You should dilute the hydrogen peroxide with water prior to swishing. Peroxide is harsh to the skin. As for the blister inside you mouth.it could be a cold sore or what is called a herpes lesion. You complained about the tingle this is often a sign or symptom of oncoming coldsores. Canker sores are also a form of cold sores just inside the mouth if you have these you should not share drinking glasses, eatting utensils or kiss anyone else until you are free from lesions b/c it can be spread easily.
hydrogen peroxide should never be inside your mouth!
