eat lots of green leafy vegetables and less greasy foods or foods that are hard to digest. Eat more fiberous foods. And drink atleast half your bodyweight in ounces of water every day. .. Or take some tagament.. not exactly the best cure to correct the problem, but it will help you out for a while.
