Anybody with a nursing drug guide?

I need the mechanism of action and nursing consideration of these drugs:
1. Planix
2. Llanal
3. Xamier
4. Furosemide
5. Betaloc
6. Co-appronel? or Co approved?
(Pls. correct if spellings are wrong.)
I need this for my drug study.

1. Clopidgogrel (Plavix): Inhibits platelet aggregation.
Assessment: Check for stroke & MI, get liver panel. CBC, H&H
Diagnosis: Risk for injury, knowledge deficit
Implementation: Give with food to decrease GI symptoms

3. Alprazolam (Xanax) CNS depressant, decreases anxiety
Assessment: Mental status exam, check BP, CBC, liver panel
Diagnosis: Anxiety, depression, risk for injury, knowledge deficit
Implementation: Give with food; may be crushed; give frequent water or hard candy for dry mouth.
4. Furosemide (Lasix) Diuretic acting on the Loop of Henle.
Assessment: Check for hearing problems (esp, tinnitus), check for manisfestations of decreased electrolyte levels, check BP
Diagnosis: Fluid volume excess (or deficit), knowledge deficit
Implementation: Give in AM, may have to give with K+.
5. Metoprolol (Lopressor; Betaloc in canada) Beta blocker
Assessment: Check BP, monitor I&O and hydration status
Diagnosis: Decreased cardiac output, risk for injury, knowledge deficit, noncompliance.
Implementation: Give with food; store protected from light.
