Answers:
Your WBC is slightly lowered but nothing to be alarmed about. The normal range is between 4.0-10.5.

I highly doubt your low WBC count has anything to do with your epilepsy.

Although these are extreme examples here are a few reasons for low WBC count:
Low white counts can be a sign of bone marrow diseases or an enlarged spleen. Low WBC is also found in HIV infection in some cases.
A decreased WBC value is called leukopenia and may indicate a disorder of white cell production (e.g., aplastic anemia, pernicious anemia), viral infections, malaria, alcoholism, or uncontrolled diabetes. Decreased values may also be due to certain drugs including several antibiotics. Special Consideration: The WBC may vary as much as 2000 per cubic millimeter from day to day as a result of exercise, stress, smoking, digestion or minor infection. Often included in a WBC test is the differential of the white blood cells into five or six types, each of which plays a somewhat different role in the body’s immune response and thus helps in pinpointing a diagnosis.

When your doctor ran the test did she not explain the results? If they weren't concerned don't worry about it.

Other Answers:
What medications are you on? Some medicines cause leukopenia and so do virus infections and some for no apparent cause. What was the differential. If you had a good percentage of polymorphonuclear leukocytes that is better than a high percentage of lymphocytes.
