General Weakness?

Question:
What stds can cause genearl weakness and muscle pains within two weeks . I have had mild muscle pains and today i started to get a sense of general weakness with no fever or cold. Thank You for your help and time. My blood pressure is usually normal at around 120-80 but after two weeks of constantly stressing over this my blood pressure is now 150-100. Can this be the cause of some symptoms as well? Thank You

Answers:
Hello,

It can be the cause of stress. And also constant thinking of std that you think you might have it also plays a part.
Have you heard of psychoanalysis ....that is probably what you are going through.....

People get stresses, when they do, some lose their appetite and lose weight and when you lose weight don't you feel weak..i think you'll will do ...

i think its nothing you can go to the doctor just in case

Other Answers:
Sounds like you need to talk to a doctor. It could be nothing or it could be something either way, you need to find out. Symptoms of STDs show themselves in many different ways, just go get it checked out so you can stop stressing.
go to the doctor for goodness sake before you die of a stroke
If this general weakness and muscle pains started within 2 weeks from the time you had unprotected sex, there is a chance that you could have herpes. However, with herpes you would most likely also have red, blistered bumps in and around your genital area or you might break out with them in another week. This could just be non STD related though as well. This could be a general feeling of stress and physical fatigue. Have you had a stressful couple of weeks? Have you been pushing yourself to get things done?
