I think this is a REALLY common misconception about HIV/AIDS.
A person HAS to have HIV in order to spread it to another person. If they do not have HIV they can NOT spread it.
And, just because your boyfriend might get a little blood on him if you guys have vaginal sex or oral sex does not mean he will get HIV. Again, you have to have it in order to pass it.
If you and your partner are both HIV free there is absolutely no chance that you will contract HIV.
