Can a woman have arm pain along with the lumps? I have both. I am 46 and I have found small hard lumps in my left breast and swelling under my left arm. The lump in my breast and my left arm is painful at times. I also have painless swelling on both sides of my neck. Test in the past have showed nothing abnormal. Swelling in my neck started about 4 months ago and the breast lumps about 2 weeks ago. Arm pain for a few months. HELP!

I would go to your Dr. and have it checked out. I have calcification's that were cancerous, and that is something that you cannot feel. It is just seen on a mammogram. They only way they saw it was cancerous was with a biospy. You need to get to a doctor as soon as you can because when you can feel the lump that probably means it is big or getting big. There are simple surgeries that can be done when the tumor is little. hurry and see a doctor The pain in your neck can also be cancer that is spreading.

Good Luck Please see a doctor and have a mameogram set up. Even if (and this is the hope, right?) they find nothing, you will have a base line mameogram. Then you have something to compare to in the future.
