I was running in the treadmill, suddenly my heart monitor go to 0 but the treadmill monitor too.What happened?

I would Definitely question the equipment before I would my own body. Humans rely and put much more “faith” in their own technology than they ought to.

Perhaps there was a momentary power interruption to the equipment (ie: generator check of the facility) or one of the leads attached to you became loosened. I wouldn't worry about it, you're still with us and you didn't need CPR-it's a good day!!
