how do you avoid varicos veins aka spyer veins?

You may not get them, even though your mother has them. My mother had them really, really bad when she was in her 30's. I'm 46, and I don't have any. She and I have very similar backgrounds and body weights.
I did have a small patch just above my knee show up when I was about 35. I went to the dermatologist and he injected them with Saline solution and a tiny needle. It only took a couple of minutes and cost me 50.00. They were gone within a week and they never came back. I'm sure it costs a little more to get it done now, but I bet it's not over 200.00 or so.
Saline solution really works for removal. I hear there are lasers and such that will zap them, too. If you end up with them and you really can't stand them, there are ways to get rid of them. Hopefully, you won't ever have to worry about it.

They have special support pantyhose that help with that. Also, soak in the tub after being on your feet all day, but not in too hot water.
Being over weight, smoking, standing for long periods of time, are some of the things that might cause this. But I think it is hereditary also. There are procedures to get rid of them.
Avoid crossing your legs, constipation, straining when you have to lift something heavy (don't hold your breath), and avoid pregnancy or obesity. The rest is up to genetics.
Varicose or spider veins..they usualy appear over time especially if you tend to use your legs for work (stress). The valves of the veins is already defective that is why soemtimes there is pain. One thing you can do is to relax your legs..lie down, get a pillow and elevate your legs. It should be higher than your head. This will improve the blood circulation in your legs. Then you can also try using hirudoid cream. massaging may help prevent it. But when it shows up..Pulsed dye laser or sclerotherapy will help to improve or remove it. Hope this helps. God bless!
If you don't use your legs often what will happen if you work at an office all day and don't move around, the circulation in the legs tend the settle and not move much. Go for a walk daily keep the legs elevated more and you should do fine.
